Gabriel Lazaro from Chubb mentioned Steven Bartletts book and podcast. It reminded me of the recent MrBeast episode. Anyone with young kids will now know who Mr Beast is, real name Jimmy Donaldson. This was a good listen in so many ways: If You Want To Be Liked, Don't Help People & I Lost Tens Of Millions On Beast Games!
Why is it interesting - he has over 380m followers on Youtube alone (more than anyone else), and started out just 10 years ago posting Minecraft videos here and is the 3rd most followed person on TikTok. One hell of a story. [1hr 42 mins]

With all the talk about DOGE, hear from the man himself, Elon Musk and his team on what they are doing and how they are getting it done, along with some of the mistakes along the way in an interview with Fox News TV. I never knew the co-founder of Airbnb, Joe G. although - AirBnB looks to be distancing themselves from him. 1 of 3 billionaire's to have joined DOGE.
Zoe Kleinman, tech Editor at the BBC shares in her own words, by asking OpenAI SORA to do this!.
It's fascinating - and scary! - to be reporting on this astonishing technology while watching it transform my industry in real time.
Like many, Zoe, finishes with - I hope this means there will still a place for both of us for some time yet!. I think true for many engaging with technology. That said, the job I did when i first graduated no longer exists, and there are loads of new ones, I'm an eternal optimist and believe this will continue to be true and we keep creating new roles too.
Finally, thanks to my old friend - Lee Brooke-Pearce for highlighting this from a colleague of mine here at ServiceNow, Moritz Kleine - a great way to show AI Agent use cases with a 3 layer model. Nick Botter also had a great one this week when we were with Accenture, I'll have to dig it out for you.

How that applies to Insurance, From vision to reality — Dr. Christian B. Westermann, Zurich Insurance Group Head of AI, shares about the impact of AI on what we do and the industry at large.
On the subject of Insurance, people already know I'm super passionate about it and it's purpose - this couldn't be spelled out more clearly than with this from MS Amlin Insurance, and Martin Burke, Chief Underwriter.
The Insurer to underwrite first risks on innovative scheme that could provide up to EUR 5 billion in coverage over five years for Ukraine SMEs
The scheme, developed in partnership with the EBRD and Aon, aims to revitalise Ukraine’s war risk insurance market by enabling local insurers to begin offering inland cargo and transport cover for SMEs. Under the scheme, MS Amlin has committed €80 million in reinsurance capacity - rising to €110 million - over five years to support war risk policies underwritten by three Ukrainian insurers: INGO, Colonnade Ukraine, and UNIQA Insurance Group. The facility is backed by an EBRD guarantee, allowing MS Amlin to transfer the exposure off its balance sheet. Thanks John Walsh for highlighting.
And finally, I want more stories like this. Doctors Told Him He Was Going to Die. Then A.I. Saved His Life. This is less about AI finding the cure and more about AI finding needles in haystacks to me - but brilliant all the same. Its true for everyone of our organisations.
There is a treasure trove of medicine that could be used for so many other diseases. We just didn’t have a systematic way of looking at it,
Finally, thanks to my colleague Gregory Kanevski for highlight this from Steve Rosenbush at The Wall Street Journal regarding AI leadership in the tech industry. Great to see hot not only ServiceNow is viewed as a leader, but how we are helping the Financial Services industry transform. Specifically, our partnership with Visa and how we collaborated to reinvent how disputes are processed in banking! Lead's me to question what should we do in Insurance?
